A spokeswoman for the Higher Administrative Court in Greifswald has confirmed the receipt of a lawsuit from Löcknitz. A Polish lawyer residing there files a complaint against the current Corona rules in border traffic. Cross-border commuters currently have to present a current corona test every four days. Commuters who work in Poland and live in Germany have to bear the costs themselves. The plaintiff sees the regulation as a violation of the principle of free movement of people within the EU.
