Nuremberg, May 2022. The Nuremberg branch of the project and area developer BPD (Bouwfonds Immobilienentwicklung) is now starting to sell the third construction phase of the Rednitz Juwel.

In a sought-after location on the Rednitzgrund in Fürth, 24 new condominiums are currently being built on the former site of the Tucher brewery. These are spread across three modern, four-storey apartment buildings in accordance with the ecological standard of Efficiency House 55. Behind the varied facades with spacious outdoor areas are 2- to 4-room apartments whose floor plans are tailored to the everyday life of families, couples or singles . The apartments on the ground floor have a terrace with a part of the garden, the upper floor apartments have balconies and the penthouses have a roof terrace.

With the completion of construction, houses E1, E2 and E3 complete the trilogy of the attractive residential project on Rednitzgrund.”

The start of construction of the third construction phase is planned for winter 2022.
