Jorge Messi, the father and business manager of Argentine soccer world champion Lionel Messi, confirmed, on Monday, his son’s desire to return to the ranks of Barcelona, ​​​​Spain, but indicated that no decision had been taken in this regard so far.
Messi’s father confirmed that he met on Monday with Barcelona club president Joan Laporta, but “nothing concrete” and that his son’s return depends “on many things.”

A source close to Al-Hilal club revealed to AFP that the latter had sent a high-level delegation to Paris to complete the contract with Messi.
“There is a Saudi delegation in Paris with one goal, which is to return with Messi’s official approval of the Saudi offer,” the source said.
A second source familiar with the negotiations confirmed, “We are in the final stage of the deal.”
“If all goes well, Messi will sign his new contract and Al Hilal will announce the deal before the end of the week,” he said.
