Organize your friends list
Since the number of online friends on each LINE account is 5000, even if most users are unlikely to increase this limit, for some people who have no contact at all, you can still consider organizing your friends list in the new year! After LINE optimized the interface, the steps to delete a friend have also been reduced. Now you only need to “long press” on the name of the deleted friend to click “Delete” to delete the friend, and there is no need to block the first friend.

Log out of unused devices
In order to reduce the risk of stolen LINE account, we can check the devices currently logged in to our account from time to time, and log out the devices in use first, and then log in again when necessary in the future.

Account health check
Just like the regular maintenance of the vehicle, it is also recommended that you develop the habit of regularly checking and checking your LINE account. In addition to making daily use more comfortable, it will also be smoother if you need to replace the device.

Delete cache
After using LINE for a period of time, you can use “Delete Cache” to free up more phone storage space. Take the iOS version as an example, select “Delete Data” in the “Chat” setting of the LINE App, then check “Cache Data” and press the delete button. If you have a backup chat history, you are not afraid that the chat history will be lost. For Android, you can select “Apps”> “LINE” and select “Clear Cache” in the settings of your mobile device.
Enable backup
In addition to providing users with backing up chat messages, if LINE is still worried about forgetting to manually back up, then it is recommended to enable automatic backup!

Make good use of Keep
Keep built in LINE“Free 1GB Cloud Space”, Except for files over 50MB that can be stored for 30 days, the contents of Keep can be stored for most other files“Permanent Storage”. And Keep can be used on both mobile phones and computers, making it easy to use on different devices at any time. You can also take this opportunity to organize the content stored in Keep and delete the content that is no longer used.

Enable chat room classification
In addition to LINE friends, groups, communities, and official accounts added to LINE accounts have always been arranged on the same chat page, and a large number of official account messages can easily make LINE friends or group messages “overwhelmed.” Both iOS and Android users can now enable this “chat room classification” experimental feature through LINE Labs.

Set up quick response (Apple Watch)
For iOS users with Apple Watch, sometimes during meetings, driving, etc. when it is not convenient to use the phone to reply to messages, they can also use the quick reply message function with Apple Watch. In addition to completing the LINE account login on the Apple Watch before starting to use, users can also edit 10 quick reply message options on the iPhone settings page.
When you want to reply to a friend’s message or want to send a message to the other party, just open the LINE app on your Apple Watch, and then click the reply content to send the message.
Decorate personal files
