Tepix will be integrated into Lindstrom from July 1 this year. The acquisition of the company’s assets will allow SIA “Lindstrom” to strengthen its market position in Latvia in replaceable carpet service, namely, carpet rental with daily maintenance and delivery.
“Tepix has been known in the industry for a very flexible and customer-oriented business approach, gaining the trust of almost 1,000 customers, especially in the field of house management. With the acquisition of Tepix’s assets, Lindstrom will take over all existing customer agreements and their terms, fully integrating all processes – customer service and textile maintenance, which will be performed from the Lindstrom service center in Pinki. Lindstrom has also made an offer to Tepix employees to continue working for the Lindstrom team. The parties have agreed not to disclose the details of the transaction.
The turnover of SIA “Lindstrom” in 2019 was 9.5 million euros. The company has 110 employees and provides services to more than six thousand legal clients. The turnover of SIA “Tepix” in 2019 was 506 thousand euros, the company employed 10 employees and provided services to almost 900 legal clients.
