Problem between FPF and clubs
The Peruvian Football Federation (FPF) issued an affidavit to the participating clubs in League 1 guaranteeing the passing of molecular tests to participate in the tournament, but a series of modifications are mentioned in the current Technical Manual on Commercial Rights and Marketing of the FPF.
However, not all the participating teams signed the document and the reason could be the disagreement with certain points of the manual, specifically, with those that deal with the sponsoring brands, both of the competing entities and those of the League 1.
