Les Voies Lyonnaises – The Metropolis of Lyon

Line 1 will connect Vaulx-en-Velin to Saint-Fons via Lyon and Villeurbanne.

Line 2 will link Cailloux-sur-Fontaines to Mions. 31.5 km long, it will pass through Rochetaillée, Collonges-au-Mont d’Or, Île Barbe, Caluire-et-Cuire, Lyon, Vénissieux and Saint-Priest.

Line 3, which will go from Quincieux to Givors, will be the longest of the 12 lines of the Voies Lyonnaises and will extend over 55 kilometers. This link will pass through the municipalities of Saint-Germain-au-Mont d’Or, Genay, Neuville-sur-Saône, Albigny, thus promoting bicycle-TER intermodality for all users of the Val de Saône. From Lyon, this line will cross La Mulatière, Oullins, Pierre-Bénite, Irigny, Millery, Grigny and Givors.

Line 4 will link Lissieu to Villeurbanne (Jonage canal) for 22 km. This link will serve both the Techlid economic zone and the town center of Villeurbanne.

Line 5will connect Bron to Oullins, Sainte-Foy-les-Lyon, Francheville or even Tassin-la-Demi-Lune, without going through the city-center.

Line 6 will link Rillieux-la-Pape to Saint-Genis-Laval over 19.5 km, following in particular the right bank of the Rhône.

Line 7, 30.5 km long, will go from Rillieux-la-Pape to Solaize. It will be an important link between several economic zones: Perica in Rillieux-la-Pape, Part-Dieu in Lyon and the entire Chemistry Valley in the south of the territory.

Line 8 will link La Tour de Salvagny to Bron for 24.5 km. This line will take cyclists from the Berges du Rhône to Parilly park via Blandan park or, to the west, towards Charbonnières.

Line 9 will make it possible to go from Jonage to Saint-Genis-Laval over 42.5 km through the 2,200 hectares of nature in the Grand Parc Miribel Jonage.

Line 10 will go from Meyzieu to Marcy-l’Etoile for 31 km. In the western part, the line will serve both the Lacroix-Laval park and the economic zone in which the Biomérieux and Sanofi laboratories are located.

Line 11 will link the municipalities of Chassieu to Craponne for a total route of 24.5 km. This line will provide a link between Part-Dieu and the plain of Saint Exupéry via Lyon, Villeurbanne, Vaulx-en-velin, Bron, Chassieu and Genas. In its western part, this line will serve the plateau of 5e district of Lyon.

Line 12, 17 km long, will connect Lyon 9e in Saint-Priest in support of the development of Grand Parilly.
