Lenzkirch: Control of the police on Columban-Kayser-Straße in Lenzkirch – 29-year-old driver under the influence of alcohol

On November 29th, 2020, around 9 p.m., a police patrol checked a 29-year-old car driver who was driving her car on Columban-Kayser-Strasse. In the course of the inspection, the knowledge that the driver was probably driving under the influence of alcohol became more and more apparent. Thereupon the
Driver carried out a breath alcohol measurement that can be used in court at the Titisee-Neustadt police station. The measurement gave a result of 0.92 per thousand.

An administrative offense procedure and, if necessary, measures under driving license law will now be initiated against the driver.
