Step, step, step. Football today has gained tremendous speed. It’s good that there are also players who manage to slow things down a bit. Let’s take a look at the top 20 slowest players of the still young Bundesliga season.

Here are some rules: Goalkeepers are not taken into consideration, even if Neuer leaves some field players behind. Even professionals without a whole half are in luck. After all, there isn’t always a sprint in a short time (source: bundesliga.de).

FC Bayern News: Bruchhagen criticizes Bundesliga boredom
Heribert Bruchhagen, former coach of Eintracht Frankfurt and Hamburger SV, denounced the mistakes of the Bundesliga that would have helped Bayern dominate. “When you see the Bundesliga product, you feel a little uncomfortable. When I look at the league table, it looks like the league will be decided soon,” the 73-year-old said in an interview. Sport1 .
“This development is nothing new to me and I have been worried about it for many years. It makes sense that this development is increasing more and more,” continued Bruchhagen. “The notorious gap has widened since the funds were redistributed in 1992”.
Bruchhagen explained the reason for this as follows: “We caused it ourselves, which means that all 18 clubs in the Bundesliga created and wanted this constellation then and now all 36. We decided to spread the television funds and we have also accepted that international TV funds are distributed directly and less go into a community pool. This has made polluters much stronger and further consolidates their position. “
As a result, Bruchhagen is confident that FC Bayern will continue to dominate the Bundesliga in the future, as long as the FCB does not make “the classic bad decisions in sports”. He doesn’t see Dortmund, Leipzig and Leverkusen as serious contenders in the fight for the championship. “The football experience is still fantastic, there is a fight for international places and the battle for relegation is always exciting. But you have to get the point in the league. It doesn’t exist anymore.”
