Gianluigi Donnarumma officially introduced as a player Paris Saint Germain. It joins status free agent aka free.
Donnarumma officially joined PSG, after entering into an agreement on June 16 last. He completed his medical on June 21 and is now officially introduced as a new player The Parisians.
The 22-year-old goalkeeper has signed a five-year contract until June 30, 2026. He is reported to receive a salary of around 12 million euros per year plus bonuses.
“Paris Saint Germain happy to announce that Gianluigi Donnarumma has joined. The Italian goalkeeper has signed a five-year contract until 30 June 2026,” PSG said in a statement.
Donnarumma previously strengthened AC Milan for six seasons with the Italian Super Cup title being the only trophy. While at international level, he just won Euro 2020 with Italy.
“I’m happy to be part of this great club. I feel ready to take on this new challenge and continue to grow here. With Paris, I want to win as many championships as possible and bring joy to the fans,” he said. Gianluigi Donnarumma.
Donnarumma follows a number of top names such as Georginio Wijnaldum, Achraf Hakimi, and Sergio Ramos who first joined PSG.
