Lebanon climbed to 43rd place in the FIBA Basketball Association (FIBA) rankings. After being ranked 53rd, the Lebanese basketball team achieved prestigious results, the latest of which was second place in the Asian Championship last July, and the guarantee of qualification for the 2023 World Championship after winning the ‘India about a month ago.
While Tunisia, the African champion, ranked first in the Arab world and twenty in the world, and remained at the top of the American FIBA, ahead of Spain, the European champion, in second place, and Australia, the Asian champion, in the third place.
