We are looking for you Düsseldorf as Lawyer (m/f/d) labor law

Your tasks

• You are part of our specialized legal team for advising our domestic and foreign clients on all individual and collective employment law
• Your tasks will include, in particular, supporting our clients in labor law disputes, representing them in court in labor law disputes, and preparing written pleadings and correspondence with clients via our collaboration platform
• You observe relevant changes in the legal situation and provide practical advice on legal requirements and their operational implementation
• You will also support the team in the development, implementation and continuous improvement of processes and contract models in the context of current case law and new laws
• You have direct contact with clients right from the start and therefore take on your own responsibility at an early stage

Your skills

• You have completed your exams with above-average results and are now keen to actively contribute your legal know-how to us
• Your way of working is characterized by independent action, analytical thinking skills and a methodical, structured and solution-oriented approach
• You have already gained initial experience in labor law or are interested in labor law issues and have a good interpersonal and tactical feel for the players in this area
• The ability to work in a team, strategic thinking and strong communication skills round off your profile
