Lawyer Accused of False Suspicion and Defamation against Judges in Düsseldorf

The lawyer with an office on Düsseldorf’s Königsallee boulevard believes that two judges at the district court and the regional court colluded and wrongly convicted him. In three submissions to the Higher Regional Court and the public prosecutor’s office, he accused the women of perverting the course of justice. They had wrongly convicted him for “unrelated and obviously feminist motives”. The Düsseldorf District Court then issued a penalty order for false suspicion and defamation and imposed a fine. The man is now taking action against this.

The reason for the conflict were two judgments against the lawyer. In May 2019, he held target practice with a blank pistol on a bridge in Düsseldorf. In the first instance, the district judge sentenced him to a fine of 9,000 euros for violating the weapons law. Six months later, the district court reduced the fine to 7,000 euros on appeal – now only for the unauthorized use of a firearm.
