Those men ranted at me for half an hour to 45 minutes that I would insult the faith, attack the community and increase the hatred of Muslims in this country,” Gül told presenter Rick Nieman. “Everything is put in my shoes by people who are in the audience. And that is allowed, but they do so in a very intimidating way.”

entertainment">That is the reason for Gül to probably stop the lectures soon, she says. “It’s not worth it to me. I do want to stay in touch with the readers, with the fans, with the people who want a signed book. But when there are always such figures in the audience, that is very tiring.”
