La Laguna will control the capacity and delimit the space of common areas in natural pools | Radio Club Tenerife

The City Council of La Laguna works on the protocol that will be applied in the bathing areas of the municipality, once Tenerife enters Phase 2 of the de-escalation plan. For this, it has divided four zones: La Punta del Hidalgo, Tejina, Bajamar and Valle Guerra; The latter will also be given the status of a natural pool, as explained by the Councilor for Citizen Security, Alejandro Marrero.

For this, the Lagunero consistory intends to “control the capacity “ in bathing areas and “delimit the shared use space”, Marrero explains. And for this there will be a person in charge of controlling the number of people who access the pools, which will serve to guarantee safety.

However, in the case of beaches such as San Juanito, the City of La Laguna It will continue to maintain the security fence at the entrance to the bathing area and will only allow access to residents and users of the club.
