The ASPTT Grenoble Athlétisme and Optic 2ooo are joining forces to offer all visitors entertainment
free, fun, sporting and interactive around the solidarity event La Grenobloise 2022.

cancer and the Grenoble Blue Child, while informing and raising public awareness of the right things to do
to maintain good physical, visual and auditory health.
A sports, health and solidarity weekend
New this year: LA Grenoble and Optic 2ooo are offering a whole weekend of entertainment! The LA Grenoble village will host the “Village Sport Vision & Audition” of Optic 2ooo and AUDIO 2000 from
Saturday September 17 to Sunday September 18, at the center of the speed ring (Paul Mistral park in Grenoble). He will be
open to all, participants or not in the 8.2 km or the 4.5 km of LA Grenoble. By providing entertainment
free, fun and family awareness campaigns around sport, the aim is to bring together and unite as many people as possible around this solidarity event that is LA Grenoble.
On the program of the “Village Sport Vision & Hearing”:
• Visual and hearing tests offered by Optic 2ooo opticians and AUDIO 2000 audioprosthetists:
the opportunity to take stock of their eyesight, hearing and the right things to do to take care of them
in the practice of his sport.
• Sports activities to stimulate sight and hearing: young and old can test
canoe-kayak simulators in virtual reality, practice climbing a climbing wall or even play
sports games on a console in “normal” and “silent” mode with glasses simulating a
visual pathology such as AMD (Ageing Macular Degeneration).
• An activity around para-sport will also be proposed to show the importance of sight and
hearing in the practice of a physical activity.
• Educational activities to learn all about muscles: scientists from Généthon and
the Institute of Myology, the laboratories of the AFM-Téléthon, will reveal the astonishing secrets of
muscle through playful workshops.
All these activities are free and open to all (participants in the race or not), on Saturday 17
September from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday September 18 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The local associations “Les blouses roses”, “Soleil Rouge” and “Locomotive” will also be present.

A sporting event for a noble cause
The ASPTT Grenoble Athletics is counting on you to bring together as many women and men as possible on Sunday
September 18 at 10 a.m. at the Paul Mistral park in Grenoble.
2 routes to choose from:
• An untimed 8.2 km urban race, from 14 years old.
• A 4.5 km walk in the paths of the Paul Mistral park, from 11 years old.
In order to support this cause as widely as possible, registration is open to families,
friends, colleagues: everyone from 11 years old!
A warm-up will get you into the spirit of LA Grenoble with joy and motivation! In a group, the
vague rose will get moving thanks to the warm-up of Sana, health and leisure sports coach at the GUC, at
9:40 a.m. on the speed ring.
La Grenoble and the supported associations are counting on you
This year again, €2 will be donated to La Ligue contre le cancer, and €1 to the association l’Enfant Bleu

Volunteers
For those who wish to join a motivated and dynamic team, and wish to give their
time for a fair and united event, go to the website to fill out the form
registration. Without volunteers, LA Grenoble cannot take place. The association is looking for volunteers
during the weekend to help with setting up/dismantling, picking up bibs, being a signalman or even
be stationed at the aid station: there is still time to position yourself!
