The guests at Kendall Jenner’s birthday party did not adhere to current California corona regulations. Jenner’s mother Kris defends this Monday during the radio program Andy Cohen Live by pointing out the testing policy at the party in Hollywood.
According to Kris Jenner, everyone had been tested for the corona virus beforehand and guests were only allowed in when after waiting half an hour it turned out that they were not infected.
“We take the virus very seriously, so we wanted to be 100 percent sure that everyone was okay,” said Jenner. “All guests had also been tested a few days before the party, so it couldn’t be safer than this.”
“I cannot control that people criticize what we do. What I as a mother can control is how we deal with such situations. Well, that’s it.”
‘Kardashians tested weekly for corona’
According to Jenner, members of the Kardashian family are tested for the coronavirus every week. “We work in the television world, where you deal with a group of people you work with on a daily basis,” explains the mother of Kim Kardashian, among others.
“To protect each other during the admission days, everyone has to be tested again and again. And that is only good.”

Jenner’s daughter Kendall asked guests, including Justin Bieber, Doja Cat and Jaden Smith, not to post anything about her 25th birthday party on social media. In California, the rule is that no more than two households may come together and all meetings must take place outdoors, with a distance of six feet.
