The ASM Sales Force Agency Shopping Cart Report tells which retail chain we could make the cheapest purchases of 50 commodities. Research was also conducted in Krakow. Their results show that in the cheapest store in the city you had to pay 232.33 PLN for all purchases, and in the most expensive store the same goods cost 308.70 PLN. According to preliminary data from the Central Statistical Office of Poland (GUS), inflation stood at 17.2% in September this year.
According to the latest Research and Report, Shopping Cart by ASM Sales Force Agency, average commodity prices have increased by nearly 15% annually. Fatty products are once again more expensive (70%). Increases of over 20% were recorded in three product categories: additives (25%), dairy (23%) and stimulants and beer (21%).
Data collected by the ASM Sales Force Agency shows that in 11 out of 13 networks surveyed, prices in September were higher than in August. Price drops were recorded only in the POLOmarket (2.20%) and Lidl (1.52%) networks.
Average price of the cart in September of this year. totalized PLN 260.84. This is an increase of 6.40 PLN, or 2.51% compared to August of this year.
