KOMPAS.com – PSM Makassar has been confirmed to be the champion of League 1. On the other hand, the competition between Persib Bandung and Persija Jakarta in the League 1 standings is tight.
PSM Makassar sits at the top of the League 1 standings after collecting 72 points from 32 matches that have been undertaken.
Gaining 72 points made PSM win League 1. The reason is, it is impossible for Persib to catch up with the scores collected by Juku Eja.
PSM won the title after winning 3-1 at Madura United headquarters, Gelora Madura Ratu Pamelingan, Friday (31/3/2023). At the same time, Persib fell 0-2 in a duel with Persija.
Persib Bandung is now in second place in the Liga 1 standings with a record of 59 points from 31 matches.
Persib is in tight competition with Persija Jakarta, which sits in third place via winning 57 points from a similar number of matches.
