Ronald Koeman highlighting the referee’s performance over Barcelona lost to Real Madrid in El Clasico. Koeman said Barcelona should have received a penalty.

Ronald Koeman was reluctant to blame referee Gil Manzano for Barcelona’s defeat in The classic. He only regretted Manzano’s performance who did not see VAR during the incident.
