The death of basketball star Kobe Bryant has shocked the world. His death certificate now reveals exactly what the top athlete died from.
The helicopter crash on January 26, 2020 left the world in shock: Kobe Bryant, his only 13-year-old daughter Gianna and seven other people died in the accident – nobody on board the aircraft survived.
Dull violence
The basketball player’s official death certificate states that he died of “blunt trauma”, an impact injury – and not, as is often speculated, from the burn. In most cases, Bryant’s official cause of death in serious traffic accidents is what costs people their lives.
For the bereaved, life has to go on: Vanessa Bryant recently shared a short video on Instagram of her youngest daughter’s first attempts. In her she also sees the image of the late big sister. Deep sadness and moments of happiness alternate with the widow of the basketball star.
Public funeral service scheduled on February 24, 2020
It had only become known in the last few days that the two deceased Bryants were buried with the closer family on February 7th. Widow Vanessa Bryant and the three other children wanted to take leave of their husband and father in peace.
A large public funeral service is scheduled to take place on February 24th at the Lakers Stadium, where Kobe Bryant has worked for two decades.
