Juergen Klopp, Liverpool manager, has ruled out the transfer of Borussia Dortmund’s Jadon Sancho to the English club this summer.
In an interview with the German newspaper “Bild”, Klopp said on Saturday: “I do not think that such a transfer can take place this summer,” noting that many things in the club’s plans are still uncertain.
Klopp added that if the offensive player, 20, moves out of his club, he will be “the most surprised” in this case.
According to media reports, besides Liverpool, there are major European clubs interested in the inclusion of Sancho, including Manchester United.
