BALES – A frantic police inspector from Olmen, Belgium, near the Dutch border, has caused a family drama with his service weapon. The man first shot his wife Cennet (41) and her daughter Jasmien (13) on Wednesday, and then also took his own life. Cennet died instantly, Jasmien died in hospital. It is not entirely clear what inspired Werner M., but a few hours before the facts there had been a heated argument at home between Werner and his wife.
