Ukraine will not negotiate in the Trilateral Contact Group on Donbass while the representative of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic Maya Pirogova is participating in them, said member of the Ukrainian delegation Denis Kazansky.

For this reason, the representatives of Kiev left the meeting during the report of the political group, after which the DPR and LPR accused Ukraine of disrupting the negotiations.
Kazansky on the air of the Nash TV channel that Maya Pirogova appears there for provocations.
“She is brought in for provocations. Our position is very simple: we say that negotiations will continue when they stop bringing it up, ”said a member of the Ukrainian delegation.
In April, the head of the Ukrainian delegation to the Trilateral Contact Group, Leonid Kravchuk, spoke about the expulsion of Pirogova. Then the DPR demanded that Kiev abandon such methods and abide by the decisions made at the meetings. Russian Plenipotentiary Boris Gryzlov also often spoke about the sabotage of the TCG negotiations by Ukraine. In his opinion, Kiev just wants to break off relations with Donbass.
