Kia will create a new generation of military all-terrain vehicles – Motor

In November 2019, Kia won the South Korean Army’s competition for new military trucks with a payload of 2.5 and 5 tons. According to the contract, the company will develop a universal platform for such machines and design a new protected “five-ton”. By default, the trucks will be equipped with a seven-liter diesel engine, an automatic transmission, ABS and traction control, as well as a parking assistant, navigation and heated seats.
