The crux of this report is that Kerala has the highest wages for workers in the country. This study has tabulated the wages received by workers in various states. The reasons behind the arrival of non-state workers towards Kerala are also hidden in the report. And the report also gives clues as to why the flow of workers to other states is not significant.
