According to this poll, conducted by the In the Field Global fund, Hochul leads the New York attorney general between 40% and 17% among primary voters. Public defender Jumaane Williams, who declared his candidacy after the November 2021 general election, received 7% of the vote. And, Mayor Bill de Blasio, who in November submitted the documentation to join the race, but has not yet formally declared his candidacy, also received 7% in the survey.
