Kate Middleton resumes his agenda of commitments in the presence and surprise visit the Victoria & Albert Museum on the occasion of two new exhibitions inaugurated for the reopening of the museum, closed since December. For the occasion, the Duchess of Cambridge decided to show off a new houndstooth dress, reminiscent of Lady Diana’s style.
This is a redemption day for the Royal Family. Beatrice of York announced she was pregnant, finally giving the Queen some good news, so much so that she comments that she is delighted with her niece’s pregnancy. And Kate Middleton celebrates the return to normality with a visit to the V&A Museum of which she has been patron since 2018. And all this takes place on the day of Harry and Meghan Markle’s third wedding anniversary that none of the Royal Family wanted to celebrate with an official public message.
So, the release of Kate, and especially her new look for 1,565 pounds, or about 1.814 euro, definitely eclipse the Sussex anniversary.
Lady Middleton showed up for the appointment wearing a dress that has just entered the Duchess’s wardrobe. This is a dress, signed Alessandra Rich, the Italian naturalized English designer is one of Kate’s favorites. The model chosen by William’s wife reflects the perfect British style, thanks to the red and blue houndstooth fabric, particularly loved by Diana.

The dress is decidedly bon ton: long skirt up to the calves, slightly pleated and cut below the hips, round collar, long puffed sleeves, closed by a row of blue buttons.
Kate pairs it with navy accessories: a small clutch and a new pair of pumps, signed Jennifer Chamandi, with a gold buckle that she will surely have worn with anti-heel socks.
The choice of jewels is interesting. Lady Middleton wears Asprey Woodland charms with a new gold chain. The acorn, the mushroom and the oak leaf refer to his family crest, combining the necklace with earrings in gold circles, by & Other Stories that cost 17 pounds (about 20 euros).
