Although French laws do not speak directly about nudity – in order to protect nudists in places designated for this, they include such exposure as “sexual expressions”. Article 222-32 of the new Criminal Code (in force from 1 March 1994) states: “Deliberately performing sexual acts in front of other persons in a publicly accessible place is punishable by imprisonment for one year and a fine of one hundred thousand francs [€ 15.000].“
This is not the first time that Bianca and Kanye have gotten into trouble with the law because of their insurmountable exhibitionism. For example, both spouses are banned from going to Venice for life, which they earned by nudity and open fellatio on a boat right in the center of the city.
