It was reported that the story with Kadyrov’s speech was broadcast on the evening news on ChGTRK “Grozny”. According to him, there will be no mobilization in Chechnya, because during the war in Ukraine the republic “over-fulfilled the plan”.
Kadyrov also noted that 20,000 Chechens took part in the fighting. Presumably, the region over-fulfilled the 254% “plan launched”, but it was not specified what kind of plan it was, by whom and how it was approved.
It should be noted that today Kadyrov criticized the prisoner exchange between Ukraine and Russia, during which 215 people were released, including Azov fighters and commanders.
