Giorgio Chiellini has been a Juventus player since joining Fiorentina in 2005, but Transfer market reports that the great Italian is on the radar of Major League Soccer clubs.

The center-back’s contract ends in June and it is alleged that Juventus have yet to offer to extend the deal by 36 years.

The move comes with the likes of director of football Fabio Paratici hoping to rejuvenate the squad, after a disappointing season in which Juve saw their nine-season Serie A title streak halted by Internazionale.

This will let Chiellini leave for free in the summer, with MLS one of her possible destinations, when there is interest from the Middle East as well.

So far this season, Chiellini has played 21 games in all competitions with Juventus, including 14 in Serie A.

Having overcome various injuries, the defender feels ready to play at least one more season at the top level with the right rotation.

Chiellini, who has been Juventus captain many times his season, is also hoping to join management when he finally retires.
