The well-known restaurant Peper & Zout in Albert I-laan in Oostduinkerke may close its doors for at least a month after a heavy kitchen fire on Sunday. It is even feared a closure all summer vacation. “This is a catastrophe for me and the staff,” says business manager Wim Slosse (52).
