It is possible to apply for a compensation bonus for those calendar days within the 2nd bonus period from 5 November 2020 to 21 November 2020, for which the right to the provision of a compensation bonus actually arose. Request can generally be submitted no later than Friday January 22, 2021.
As the Financial Administration points out, until 1 March 2021, the application can be submitted only for calendar days for which the applicant for the compensation bonus received at least one of these mitigation aids in the Czech Republic or in one of the Member States of the European Union or occurrence of coronavirus: support used to pay rent, support provided to employers, support provided in the form of a subsidy within the subsidy program of the Ministry of Industry and Trade for the Self-Employed.
If not an application for the payment of a compensation bonus for the 2nd bonus period (November 5 – November 21, 2020) submitted no later than tomorrow, the right to the bonus expires by law.
Entitlement to the compensation bonus may arise from three possible titles – as a self-employed person, as a partner in a limited liability company and / or as a person performing work on the basis of an out-of-employment contract. www.financnisprava.cz For each of these titles, specific legal criteria are set, the fulfillment of which is conditional on the right to a compensation bonus. If you do not meet the criteria of at least one of the listed titles, you are not entitled to a compensation bonus.

How to apply
The application for the compensation bonus can be submitted in the same way as in the first wave:
- through Web applications,
- by e-mail (it is necessary to manually sign the application and take a photo or scan it),
- data box,
- via the Electronic Filing Application for Financial Management (EPO),
- through postal services,
- in person at the filing offices of tax offices and in collection boxes located at territorial workplaces.
The application itself consists of a solemn declaration that the person in question meets the conditions for the award of the bonus, the account number and the identification data. In addition, the conciliators must provide a copy of the relevant agreement and payroll or other relevant confirmation from the employer with the request.
