Perry bought an apartment for 20 million US dollars (16.5 million euros) in 2017. Given that the approximately 830-square-foot home underwent significant repairs after the purchase, it is unlikely that the actor will add to the thickness of his wallet for $ 21.6 million (approximately $ 17.8 million) after the sale, Dirt writes.

This living room, with four bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms, combines the modern with the classic. While the apartment was owned by Perry, its renovation and refurbishment was led by architect Scott Joyce and interior designer LM Pagano.
