SEGA has announced that Yakuza spin-off Judgment will be available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series consoles and Stadia, but will also be teasing a piece of news for May 7.
The game, also developed by Yakuza Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio, first appeared on PlayStation 4 in Japan in 2018, but was also released to the West.
The current-gen version of Judgment brings improved graphics, 60fps, less load times and includes all DLC. The action-adventure game follows former lawyer turned private detective Takayuki Yagami as he investigates a serial murder case in Tokyo’s fictional Kamurocho neighborhood. Apparently bodies are found and victims are missing their eyes.
In addition to the game’s release on current-gen and Stadia, there is also a countdown on the website that is counting down. It runs on May 7 and that day is called ‘Judgment Day’. Could it be that SEGA is coming up with a successor ?! At least we will know in two weeks!
