Judge Rejects Trump Family Request To Stop Book Publication | NOW

The book that Donald Trump’s niece Mary has written about her uncle can be published at the end of July. An attempt by the family to put a stop to this was rejected by a judge on Thursday. That writes CNN Thursday.

Too Much and Never Enough: How My Family Created the World’s Dangerous Man is said to provide revealing information about the Trump family, with a focus on the incumbent President of the United States. Robert S. Trump, Donald’s younger brother, tried to stop the publication this week through a lawsuit.

Trump himself previously said that Mary, the daughter of his late brother Fred Jr., “has no permission” to write a book. According to the president, she violates the nondisclosure agreement contained in his father’s estate, with publication.

Robert Trump tried through the lawsuit to have Mary impose a temporary restraining order in Queens County, where Fred Jr.’s estate has been captured. However, the judge rules that he has no jurisdiction there.

Charles Harder, Robert Trump’s lawyer, has announced that an appeal is being filed.
