A judge in the “Nexo” case recused himself. He was supposed to hear appeals against remand measures filed by two of the defendants detained in the cryptobank case.
The reasons for the appeal are publications in the media space, in which there are “statements that do not correspond to reality and suggestions about the impartiality of the court”. A new Judge Rapporteur will be appointed within the day.
