Miners of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa will earn several hundred zlotys more per month. The trade unions operating in the company reached an agreement with the management board regarding an increase in miners’ salaries. In addition to salary, the value of a preventive meal, the so-called flaps. It is also possible that JSW employees will be paid a one-off bonus.

Jointly developed by trade unions and JSW authorities, it includes, among other things, a 10% increase in monthly salary.

However, the increases at JSW will not only cover payouts. Apart from them, the value of preventive meals paid to miners will also increase. From the moment of the agreement, they will amount to PLN 30 per day, while so far they were PLN nine lower and amounted to PLN 21. On this issue, an agreement was also established for the following years.
