NEW YORK (January 30, 2022) – The NHL announced today that Nashville Predators defensemen Roman Josi and Washington Capitals forward Evgeny Kuznetsov were included in the 2022 Honda NHL All-Star Weekend roster.

Josi, who will be playing his fourth All-Star Game of his career, replaces him Nathan MacKinnon from the Colorado Avalanche in the Central Division. Kuznetsov, who is playing his second All-Star Game of his career, is replacing the New York Rangers defenseman in the Metropolitan Division Adam Fox.
Joe Pavelski, Dallas Stars forward who was named to the Central Division All-Star roster on January 13, replaces MacKinnon as Central Division captain.
The Golden Knights and the city of Las Vegas will host the 2022 Honda NHL All-Star Weekend on February 4-5. The All-Stars will show off their talents at the 2022 NHL All-Star Skills presented by DraftKings Sportsbook on Friday, February 4 (7:30 pm ET, ESPN, Sportsnet, TVA Sports, NHL.tv; Sat 1:30 am ET).
