How is Johan Derksen?
Johan Derksen (73) is a former Dutch professional football player. He has played football at Cambuur Leeuwarden, Veendam and Haarlem, among others.
After his playing career, he became a sports journalist and football analyst. Until 2015, he was employed by the weekly magazine Voetbal International. He can be seen in the Netherlands in various talk shows on television and also made a radio program.
Derksen is known for his sharp opinion and striking statements. He has already lashed out at darts players, he spoke out about the Pieten issue and stated that making football fields more gay-friendly is not necessary.
