Joel Kinnaman applies for a restraining order

On Instagram, Swedish model Gabriella Magnusson accuses “The Suicide Squad” star of rape. Kinnaman (41) applies for a restraining order and claims that the model spreads false information to blackmail him.

Swedish actress Joel Kinnaman takes a hard line against Gabriella Magnusson, or Bella Davis, in a Instagram posts.

– Recently, Bella has started threatening to publish false information about me – including that I had sex with her against her will – unless I gave in to her demands, he has written in the post.

TMZ writes that they have access to documents confirming that Kinnaman applied for a restraining order against Magnusson on Friday. A temporary restraining order must have been granted. Kinnaman also confirms the application for the restraining order in the Instagram post.

Kinnaman claims the two met in 2018 and had sex with consent twice. In 2019 and 2020, she is said to have tried to contact him again, and when he did not respond, her communication became increasingly aggressive, he claims.

– Since then, the threats of violence against me and my family have become so serious and specific that I felt there was no other way than to apply for a restraining order, it says in the post Kinnaman has posted.

He also claims that she has, among other things, asked for money, a photoshoot and contacts in Hollywood.

– You made me hate myself

Magnusson holds nothing back and the actor responds his own Instagram account where she writes that he raped her.

In 9 posts, she explains, among other things, how Kinnaman is said to have contacted and recorded a telephone conversation the two had recently.

– You have made me hate myself, she says in one of the recordings.

The voice that supposedly belongs to Kinnaman says, among other things, that “I was self-absorbed” and “I hate myself for doing it to you”.

Magnusson also writes that he tried to get her to sign a duty of confidentiality. Kinnaman claims that all her accusations are untrue.

Kinnaman is currently working on the film “The Suicide Squad”, the sequel to “Suicide Squad” which came out in 2016. In the films he plays Colonel Rick Flag, who will lead a gang of anti-heroes.

He became engaged to model Kelly Gale (26) in January 2020.

Kinnaman has previously starred in the TV series “Altered Carbon”, “House of Cards”, “Robocop” and “The Killing”.
