Tara Reade, 56, accuses Joe Biden, 77, of having sexually assaulted her in a corridor of the United States Congress in 1993, when he was a senator and that she worked for him. The court document dating back to 1996, obtained by the San Luis Obispo Tribune, does not state that the elected official in Delaware has engaged in harassment or mention the more recent and more serious allegations of sexual assault by Tara Reade. Her ex-husband, Theodore Dronen, wrote in the court statement that Tara Reade told her about “sexual harassment at work, in the office of US Senator Joe Biden”.

Meanwhile, Joe Biden’s deputy campaign manager released a statement Thursday disputing some of Reade’s claims.
