Job Opportunity: Telephone Advisor for Healthcare Professionals at Primary Health Insurance Fund

Local actor, our Primary Health Insurance Fund ensures the opening and management of rights, the reimbursement of health costs and the payment of replacement income for approximately 583,000 beneficiaries in the Eure department. We also implement prevention and health promotion actions for them and ensure the proper use of care.

We are looking for a Telephone advisor specialized in healthcare professionals as part of a fixed-term contract for replacement (renewal possible) within our medical-administrative platform (PFMA).

This platform covers calls from healthcare professionals from Normandy and Center Val de Loire. Its objective is to offer them a dedicated contact channel for all administrative and medical questions, with the aim of maintaining a high level of quality of service, whatever the reason for the call.
