The Child and Adult Protection Authority (KESB) performs the tasks in the field of child and adult protection that are assigned to them by the Civil Code (ZGB), the Sterilization Act and the Act on Child and Adult Protection (KESG).

Your tasks

  • Accompanied or Independent case processing in child and adult protection law
  • Support the specialist authority within the framework of delegated tasks
  • Minutes of chamber meetings
  • Handling direct client contact in telephone and counter service
  • Writing decisions, orders and general correspondence
  • Organizing, recording and independently conducting hearings
  • Carrying out legal clarifications (e.g. in inheritance and property law or procedural law)

  • University degree in law (at least Bachelor of Law)
  • Interest in child and adult protection and interdisciplinarity
  • Quick comprehension, structured and proactive way of working
  • Communication and editorial skills
  • Hunger for practical experience
  • Flexibility, reliability, motivation and initiative
