Jaylen Brown and Jayson Tatum have fun with the Cavaliers

Jaylen Brown is the first to show up in this late afternoon game with 7 points in 3 minutes 30 minutes. Kevin Love is working to answer him but the Celtics winger is really up and he receives the support of his friend Jayson Tatum. The Celtic duo allows their team to take the reins of the match and already shake the foundations of Cleveland with, already, 10 assists for Boston after 12 minutes.

Tatum ends the first quarter on a 3-point shot and opens the second with exactly the same shot: the Celtics are already leading 36-22. And they cross the 20-point gap a few minutes later on a new number 0 banner. Kevin Love is again going to play the firemen for the Cavs in order to finish the half-time at “only” -15 (67-52).

Jaylen Brown to seek career record

Collin Sexton takes over from Love, but Boston prevents Cleveland from narrowing that gap further. And even accentuates it again, reaching 22 units. As expected, the C’s took off without a hitch … but Cleveland went on a 10-2 without warning, and finally a 19-6 to return to -11 (92-81).

Will we be entitled to this thrilling end of the game that no one expected? Jayson Tatum and Daniel Theis give a hint with a banner each. Dante Exum maintains hope for its premiere in its new colors, Jaylen Brown will sweep them with two 3-points in a row, then squash them with two big dunks, in a TD Garden which is having fun tonight with its Former enemies Brown broke his career record with 34 points in this fifth Celtic victory in a row which ended the series of Cavaliers, who remained on three successes in a row.
