The head of HR Janina Kugel, who left Siemens with Joe Kaeser, is starting a new professional life. According to information from SPIEGEL, she has been a senior advisor at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) since the beginning of May.

According to the report, Kugel has already successfully completed a first project as a fee consultant for BCG together with employees of the company. She was involved in a seven-point plan for realigning companies after the corona pandemic.
“It is not enough to reapply the recipes from the past,” co-author Kugel told SPIEGEL, “the crisis offers an opportunity to fundamentally change the way we work together in the future.”
The manager has left the German Siemens branch of the Healthineers subsidiary and plans to give up her job on the Board of Trustees soon. The former Kaeser confidant advises the Swedish private equity company EQT, controls the Finnish crane manufacturer Konecranes and is a member of the supervisory board of the Pension Insurance Association of German Business (PSV).
