IVF evaluates the modification of the Temporary Framework that will allow aid loans to be maintained

València, Nov 22 (EFE).- The general director of the Valencian Institute of Finance (IVF), Enrique Montes, has evaluated the modification of the Temporary Framework that will allow maintaining the aid granted through the loans subsidized by the entity and has assured that It is “excellent news for Valencian companies.”

Montes has maintained that “this extension will allow our subsidized lines to continue to have an important aid component, from which self-employed workers and companies in the Valencian Community affected by the effects of the war in Ukraine will be able to benefit”, reported the Generalitat.

These statements come after learning of the communication from the European Commission informing of the modification of the Temporary Crisis and Transition Framework relating to state aid measures intended to support the economy after the aggression against Ukraine by Russia, whose deadline Its validity period ended on December 31 and has been extended until June 30, 2024.

In addition to the temporary extension, the modification of the Temporary Framework provides for an increase in the maximum limit of the amount of direct aid that companies can receive, a limit that rises from the 2,000,000 euros in force until now to 2,250,000 euros.

“This is excellent news for the Valencian business community,” highlighted the general director, who announced that the IVF “will be working now on the review of the subsidized financial products that we offer and whose validity coincided with the Temporary Framework.” and therefore they ended in just a month.”
