Ivana Trump, the Czech-American ex-wife of former President Donald Trump and mother of Ivanka, Eric and Don Jr., he died is Thursday at the age of 73 at his home in New York.
Ivana was discovered at the bottom of a staircase at her home at 10 E. 64th St. in Manhattan at 12:40 p.m.police sources told The New York Post.
Authorities believe Trump’s ex-wife suffered cardiac arrest, but the official cause of his death has not yet been determined. She was found by officers who were called to her home for a wellness check, police said.
“She was an amazing, beautiful, wonderful woman,” former President Trump said in a message posted on Truth Social, his social media platform following his Twitter ban.
Outside his home, Eric Trump, one of Ivana’s sons, told reporters: “It’s a very sad day, guys. It’s a very sad day,” as he left his mother’s house with his wife Lara Trump.”
Ivana Trump, whose birth name is Ivana Marie Zelníčková, married the former president in 1977. The two divorced in 1992, but she kept her ex-husband’s surname, In addition, he continued a certain relationship with him..
Ivana Trump worked as a model in the early 1970s and met Donald in New York City in 1976.
