They got everything out of life. When there was something to celebrate, they were there and, if possible, were the last to go home. To be cheerful was their motto in life. And they were bursting with plans for the future. Until that fatal night from Wednesday 2 to Thursday 3 June. Ivana Hogenbirk (23) and Beau van der Bilt (19) crashed together on the Zeeweg in Overveen. The sultry summer night suddenly became freezing cold. And blacker than black.
