For the crimes committed by R. Krugin, the prosecutor proposes that the accused be sentenced to 12 years in prison in a correctional facility. In addition, the public prosecutor believes that the accused must compensate for the crimes that have been accused of him – more than 120 thousand. Eur.

But three other employees of the store got in his way – in the corridor of the store he lit two bottles of flammable liquid and part of the kidnapped money, and during the struggle he wounded “Iki” security guards with a knife. One of them was seriously injured, the other two suffered minor health problems.

Krugin ran out of the store after breaking a locked door, but was soon detained by police officers in the supermarket parking lot.

The public prosecutor has no doubt that Mr Krugin was going to burn both vendors still alive, and his main purpose was the money that made him come to the mall.

According to the prosecutor, R. Krugin had not been convicted before, but had been punished administratively, and his state of health had been questioned during the investigation, which led to a psychiatric examination. But doctors found him healthy and could be held accountable for his actions.
